¶ COMMUNITY Bank Collie’s Suzanne Barrett has enjoyed a successful first foray into football tipping this year.
Mrs Barrett is the joint leader of the Bulletin’s tipping competition heading into the last round, tied with T.R. Anderson Painting's Troy Anderson.
Mrs Barrett said her philosophy throughout the season has been simple.
“Don’t tip with your heart,” she said.
“You’ve got to tip with your head.
“If I tipped with my heart, I would be at the bottom of the ladder being an Essendon supporter.”
Mrs Barrett and Mr Anderson have tipped the same teams in the final round, meaning they will tip again in the first week of the finals to determine a winner.
