AMID yesterday's stormy weather there was an oasis of colour to be found at Fairview Primary School.
The students were wearing their brightest yellow clothing in support of R U OK Day.
Fairview's explosion of yellow was a day early, as R U OK Day officially is today (September 14).
It aims to encourage people to stay connected and have conversations that can help others through difficult times in their lives.
"It's great to see Fairview kids supporting R U OK Day," said Fairview teacher Melissa Annandale. "Their bright yellow clothing lights up our whole schoool."
More information about R U OK Day, including tips on how to meaningfully connect to the people in our lives, can be found at www.ruok.org.au.
